wonderful series. I don't know why it hasn't got
worldwide success and appreciation as the not so great
works with the London Symphonic Orchestra had. Here
the legacy of Elvis is treated in a much more
respectful manner, the taste used with the overdubs is
mostly gentle & while giving the listener "a new
way" to listen to some of his tracks, will never take
you too far away from the original tracks, simply in
most of the cases the songs seems to have a little
more something to it. In this particular cd you have
to hear the great job that they did on "Never Ending,"
simply outstanding. Also beautiful is "Known Only To
Him." Enjoy!

how good this release is. Pure enjoyment I have to
say. I have the two previous releases and knew I
would not be disappointed! This fine album has had
some lesser known tracks reworked and how fresh
these seem to me too. I have collected recordings
of Elvis really since the day after his death and
reworkings/ overdubs are hard to achieve, Even his
own label in 1980 released their first one but in
my humble opinion does not sound as exciting as
these three. I would recommend them all. If only
the same treatment could be given to Britain's
'Elvis', Cliff Richard on his stuff from the 50's.
I suppose we have to wait until after his demise
too?
Anyway, you will not be sorry in purchasing this 'A New Way' or the 2 released previously on the same great indie label!
